Our cozy vacation apartment Gipfelglück is 50qm and has 2 bedrooms. In both bedrooms there are double beds made of solid wood, one of them is 160x200cm and the other 140x200cm large.
The modern white kitchen offers in the compact space everything you need to take care of yourself. There is a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven with microwave function and a coffee machine.
The luxurious bathroom with ground level shower has been completely re-designed.
The focal point of the apartment is the large living and dining room. Here is a 2.20m long rustic wooden table with a bench made of wood and 3 comfortable chairs. The cozy sofa invites you to relax. The two stylish wing chairs and the handmade wooden cupboard emphasize the modern cottage character. Entertainment is provided by the 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming function, the Sonos sound system and free wifi access.
Outside, a charming and sheltered terrace with a small garden invites you to relax. Here you have the opportunity to end your day with a barbecue.
If you arrive by car, a free carport is at your disposal. In the communal basement you can store your skis and bicycles. In addition, a communal washing machine and a dryer are available for a little fee.

In the low season from April to June and from September to mid-December (minimum booking during the holidays 3 nights, otherwise 2 nights) the price for the first night is 234 € including final cleaning, bed linen & towels. Each additional night costs €104.00.
In the summer season from July to September (minimum booking 3 nights) the price for the first night is €254.00 including final cleaning, bed linen & towels. Each additional night costs 124,00 Euro.
In the high season from mid-December to March inclusive (minimum booking 2 nights) the price for the first night is 274.00 euros including final cleaning, bed linen & towels. Each additional night costs 144,00 Euro.
As we want to offer you maximum comfort, bed linen and towels are always included.
Our holiday apartment is located in the cure area Winterberg. Therefore, a visitor's tax of 3 euros per day is due for guests over the age of 15. This has to be paid additionally.
Check-in / Check-out:
The booked apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival / arrival day from 4:00 pm, in consultation also earlier. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment in a neat and swept condition by 10:00 am at the latest, in consultation also later.

Cancellation conditions:
In case of late arrival or early departure no refund is possible. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with your deposit, which is binding for the booking.
The apartment is located in Winterberg center between bike park and ski lift circuit Winterberg with 27.5 km of slopes ud 26 lifts. Various ski and bike rentals and the famous entertainment mile "Am Waltenberg" with numerous stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Through various entrances to the Rothaarsteig, a true hiking paradise is right on your front door.

You are welcome to arrive with your own car, but also a journey by train is possible. The train station Winterberg is 2.3km away from our apartment. The bus lines S40 or R28 run between Winterberg train station and the bus stop Poppenberg. From there it is only a few meters to the Gipfelglück.
