Rules

We want you to feel completely comfortable....,

therefore a few rules and recommendations for your stay:

• We do not charge a deposit. Since we have furnished the apartment for you with a lot of love, we would be pleased about the appreciation of the furnishings and careful handling of them. However, should there be any accidental damage, please notify us as soon as possible. We will have to charge the guest for any costs incurred in repairing the damage.
• Parties are not desired in our apartment, it should be a place of relax.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Pets are not welcome.
• Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
• For your bicycles or skis there is a storage possibility in the common basement. Please do not leave them in the corridor of the house.
• At the apartment there is a free parking space with carport. We cannot be responsible for possible damage of the vehicle.
• We are not liable in any way for the property of guests, which is being stolen from the apartment.
• Arrival and departure times: The booked vacation apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival / day of arrival from 4 pm, in consultation also earlier. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment in a tidy and swept condition by 10 am at the latest, in consultation also later.
